Cancellation Policy Assumption We Make

It is assumed that you do not book an appointment with our Nutritionist without having genuine plans to attend.

On our part we go ahead and prepare the ground for your consultation. This means that we undertake preparatory work ready for your appointment with the Nutritionist including: Registration, Time Allocation, and Documentation. Because we reserve time for you and make plans for your attendance on the mutually agreed date and time we therefore expect you to place a strictly non-refundable deposit at the time of making your booking. This will be taken by Credit or Debit card.

Charges for Cancellations or Postponements

Cancellations or postponements giving less than 24hrs notice by telephone or email (and being acknowledged in return) will be charged at half the consultation rate as displayed on this web site and as detailed in your letter of introduction.

Missed Appointment

Any missed appointment (i.e. no notice given) will be invoiced at the full fee. These terms may vary from time to time.

Your Confirmation

Patients will be asked to sign to confirm that they understand the above and agree that the professional relationship will be based on the content of this document. We will send you a form which you will need to sign and return before we commence. This will also ask you to inform your GP that we are working together.
